As we navigate the evolving impact of COVID-19, and to limit person-to-person contact, our office is temporarily closed to the public. For the health and well-being of our associates, residents and future residents interaction will be virtual, via phone or email. Given these circumstances, we will not be conducting onsite leasing tours. However, we are offering live video and virtual tours! Until we can meet face to face please contact us during our regular business hours and we will be happy to assist you.

The list of emergencies are: • Fire • Sewage backup • No electricity • Water intrusion • Door locks not secure • Any unsecured entry • Gas leaks • Clogged toilet - if only one toilet in apartment • No heat - if under 50 degrees • No air conditioning - if above 80 degrees • No hot water • Refrigerator not cooling • No domestic water in unit • Icy areas where slips and falls could happen
